- En-route Navigation Air Services with effect from 1st January 2023

Basic approved Unit Rate for En-route Air Navigation Services within the Czech Republic airspace, valid from 1st January 2023 = 68,17 EURO per Service Unit.
For the calculation of the actual price of En-route Navigation Air Services please use monthly updated Unit Rate, which is adjusted by applying the average monthly exchange rate of EURO against CZK, as established for the month preceding the month during which the flight has been performed.
Monthly updated Unit Rate for flights performed in below mentioned periods:
1st December to 31st December 2023 = 68,47 EUR per Service Unit
1st November to 30th November 2023 = 68,16 EUR per Service Unit
1st October to 31st October 2023 = 68,71 EUR per Service Unit
1st September to 30th September 2023 = 69,48 EUR per Service Unit
1st August to 31st August 2023 = 70,14 EUR per Service Unit
1st July to 31st July 2023 = 70,72 EUR per Service Unit
1st June to 30th June 2023 = 70,99 EUR per Service Unit
1st May to 31st May 2023 = 71,36 EUR per Service Unit
1st April to 30th April 2023 = 70,75 EUR per Service Unit
1st March to 31st March 2023 = 70,66 EUR per Service Unit

The rate of interest on late payment of En-route Air Navigation Services from 1st January 2023 is: 9,97 % per annum
Aircraft with Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) > 2 tonnes Airport Praha-Ruzyně, Brno-Tuřany, Ostrava-Mošnov, Karlovy Vary = 6 800,00 CZK per Terminal Service Unit The terminal service unit shall be equal to the weight factor for the aircraft. The weight factor, expressed as a figure taken to two decimal places, shall be the quotient, obtained by dividing by fifty the number of metric tons in the maximum certified take-off weight of the aircraft to the power of 0,7. Terminal service unit = (MTOW in t./50)^0,7
Per 1 hour of the duration of the Training Flight and 1 tonne of MTOW of the aircraft

With effect from 16 NOV 2017 and having regard to article 49aa of the Czech Civil Aviation Act (Act No. 49/1997 Coll, on civil aviation and amending Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on trade licensing (Trade Licensing Act), as amended by later regulations), the legal entity, providing air navigation services shall be authorized to deny the provision of air navigation services to a user (aircraft operator or owner) who is proven to be in arrears with the payment for previously rendered air navigation services, payable either to the legal entity providing air navigation services, or to the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL); subject to the conditions stipulated by the above mentioned Act.
