The Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic (hereinafter reffered to as “ANS”) is the concracting authority according to Section 4 par. 1 letter e) of Act no. 134/2016 Coll. on Public Procurement as amended (hereinafter reffered to as “the Act”).

Application for the registration to the List of Approved Economic Operators

The List of Approved Economic Operators

The List of Approved Economic Operators of the Czech Republic (the List) pursuant to Section 226 of the Act means a part of the Information System on Public Procurement used by economic operators to prove the basic qualification pursuant to Section 74 and the professional qualification pursuant to Section 77 of the Act. Administrator of the system is the Ministry of Regional Development CZ.

On behalf of the Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic, we would like to ask you to apply for registration onto the List of Approved Economic Operators of the Czech Republic (the List).

After the successful registration of an economic operator onto the List, it is possible to obtain an extract from the List that replaces the documents attesting the basic qualification and the professional qualification for a tender, pursuant to Section 74 and 77 of the Act.

The list of Approved Economic Operators means significant simplification for economic operators and contracting authorities in the process of public procurement, especially in the context of mandatory communication by electronic means, pursuant to Article 22 of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014, on public procurement. Once you are registered, there is no need to provide several documents within the application for a tender, pursuant to Section 74 and 77 of the Act, only the extract from the List. The extract must not be more than three months old while applying for a tender. Submitting of the extract from the List speeds up the whole process of public procurement significantly.
