Alliance of ANS CR with FINEST

The Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic has agreed to cooperate with Finnish and Estonian air traffic service providers (Fintraffic and EANS) to form an international alliance for the joint development of a next-generation ATM system. This cooperation reflects the strategy of harmonising the European airspace and ensuring its safety, efficiency and technological modernisation according to long-term European plans. The Supervisory Board of ANS CR was informed of the plan at its meeting.

The alliance agreement was signed on 13 May at the Airspace World 2025 international exhibition in Lisbon, Portugal.

The benefits of TopSky ATC-One include:

  • Flexibility, with a high level of security, scalability and architecture sharing,
  • optimal process for implementing future changes,
  • continuity of existing and future systems,
  • more efficient training of operational staff due to the continuity with the existing system,
  • possibility of shared costs within a consortium of users,
  • compliance with the Act of Public Procurement of the Czech Republic.
