Visit of SESAR Deployment Manager at ANS CR

Team of SESAR Deployment Manager (SDM) represented by Mariagrazia La Piscopia, Paola Di Giovanni and Barbora Smolíková visited on 17/7 Prague Airport and Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic (ANS CR) and together discussed the role of key aviation stakeholders of the Czech Republic and SDM in implementation the most important European projects in ATM.

Prague Airport and ANS CR showed the SDM team their current operational premises and explained their expected development. Experts of SDM discussed in details key ATM projects of ANS CR.

”Our priority is supporting members and implementing partners facilitating a harmonised roll-out of CP1, acceleration of deployment and mitigation of risks. I am grateful of the fruitful exchange and trust framework established with ANS Czech, Prague Airport and the local National supervisory Authority," said Executive Director of SDM Mariagrazia La Piscopia.

During a visit Director General of ANS CR Jan Klas said: ”I highly appreciate the role of SDM in deploying the key project aimed at improvement of the capacity of the European ATM. In the future I expect from SDM to strengthen its role in delivering the reliable future solutions and in promoting the cross border service provision."
